"first day of school, handa ka na ba?"
No first day funk for me this sem. i was sick. ubo,lagnat at sipon. darn! i hate being sick! i missed my first day college because of this damn cough(and while i'm writing these stuffs, i just keep on coughing and coughing). I was really looking forward upon entering my college life but unfortunately, i got sick nga!! (lil bro kasi! nanghawa ba!)
Last Sunday, i was feeling nervous and kept thinking "nako, college na ko! ano na mangyayari???" tapos, later that night, i wasn't feeling well. i kept on sneezing and i felt a little dizziness (i thought i was just sleepy or something). Yun nga, the next morning, eto na, si lagnat, umatake. it was cold, my eyes are fiery hot and i can't stand from my bed! So i slept nalang the whole afternoon thinking na gagaling din ako sa gabi! eh ang masama, lalong lumala. lalong walang chances na pumasok. hmpf! eh di yun, hindi na ako pumasok! (kung maririnig niyo lang voice ko, super garalgal!!!)
Pero the day after, pumasok na rin ako. Wednesday.9:10 start ng classes. todo madali pa ako kasi i thought i am going to be late for my first college class. naubusan yata ako ng limang tanke ng oxygen sa kakalakad ng mabilis. Sabay pagdating ko dun, my blockmates told me "Raiz, wala tayong klase" and im like "huwaat?! seryoso ka??" grrr. e sawalangya, i have classes pa at 2pm. anong gagawin ko? tatambay? tutunganga? oo. yun exactly ang ginawa ko. tumambay ako at tumungaga sa opisyal na tambayan - glorietta. Then balik ng two. sawalangya ulit. i thought 2 hour class yun. e 30 mins palang dinismiss na kami. sana hindi na ko pumunta.
Then today, thursday, tama lang dating ko for school, sakto lang, aakyat palang sila sa room. astig block namin (1k1 and 1P1 rocks!) aliw silang lahat. muntik na nga makatulog sa algeb e hehe ;P (biruin mo, out of 20 hrs of a 2 night sleep, 6 hours lang na-consume ko?! ganyan ba talaga kapag may sakit?!?) aliw talaga. boring ang theo. super. boring din english. astig ang gen psych at ang cool ng fil 1 (naalala ko nanaman ang 1st year teacher ko).
Truly, College is different from high school. You have to run from building to building to catch your next class. you have to be independent (yeah!!) and you have to socialize a lot to be able to survive.
I saw ate jenny kanina, she's so purty talaga, i tried to look for ate gretch pero i didnt see her.
I forgot to tell, in the whole batch of frosh, i (as in me) am the only paulinian from paranaque! (solo flight! haha ;P) at least no batchmate around (pero nakakalungkot yun ah, wala ka kasi kausap)
